SYJLX-BL metering box is a robust, enclosed metering cabinet for three-phase 50 Hz networks up to 380 V, designed for applications requiring higher mechanical protection and tamper resistance than standard transparent-window boxes. The BL variant uses a full steel door with a discreet meter-reading hatch and a triple-point locking mechanism, making it suitable for exposed or vandalism-prone locations.
The enclosure is fabricated from 1.5 mm steel sheet with a heavy-duty powder coating. The meter hatch incorporates a small transparent window and can be secured with a separate lock, allowing meter access without exposing the entire internal compartment. The main door accepts utility padlock sealing for anti-bypass compliance.
Rated up to 380 V / 200 A direct or CT-operated. Internal fittings include a galvanised mounting plate for the meter, pre-wired neutral and earth busbars, CT mounting brackets, and outgoing terminal blocks with clear labelling. The cable compartment has bottom-entry gland plates with extra capacity for bundled cables.
Typical deployment scenarios include utility pole-mounted metering points in rural networks, boundary metering for industrial parks, energy-management metering for factory sub-processes, and metering for common services in multi-tenant buildings.
Compliant with GB 7251.3 and IEC 61439-3. The SYJLX-BL is supplied with cable ties, terminal markers, and a complete as-wired schematic for site commissioning. Its heavy-duty construction reduces long-term maintenance in harsh environments.
