PLC control cabinet is a custom-engineered enclosure integrating programmable logic controllers, variable-frequency drives, soft starters, distributed I/O modules, HMIs, and industrial communication gateways into a single, project-specific assembly. It serves as the automation hub for industrial processes, providing centralised control, monitoring, and data acquisition for pumps, fans, conveyors, compressors, and other motor-driven equipment.

Each cabinet is designed around the customer's process flow diagram and I/O schedule. Typical components include a Siemens S7-1200 or S7-1500 (or equivalent) PLC, industrial Ethernet switch, 24 V DC power supply, circuit protection, isolation transformers for analogue signals, and pre-wired terminal blocks with numbered ferrules for field wiring. The cabinet can be supplied with a built-in touchscreen HMI for local operator interface or configured for remote SCADA access via Modbus TCP or PROFINET.

Enclosure protection rating: IP54 minimum with optional IP65 for wash-down environments. The cabinet is typically floor-standing (1800 mm × 800 mm × 400 mm) or wall-mounted for smaller configurations. Internal layout follows separation guidelines for power and control cabling to minimise electromagnetic interference.

Applications span water and wastewater treatment plant automation, HVAC control for commercial buildings, conveyor and material-handling systems in warehouses, packaging line control, and temperature or pressure regulation for industrial furnaces and reactors.

Standards compliance: GB/T 14048, GB 7251.1, and IEC 61439-1/2 for low-voltage assemblies, plus relevant PLC and industrial communication standards. Each cabinet undergoes full point-to-point wiring verification, I/O loop checks, and functional testing before dispatch.
