SYPZDW DC power supply panel (commonly referred to as a DC screen or battery charger panel) provides a stabilised DC control power for circuit-breaker operation, relay protection, instrumentation, emergency lighting, and SCADA equipment in substations and industrial power rooms. It ensures that protection and control functions remain operational even during a complete AC mains loss.

The panel incorporates a microprocessor-controlled high-frequency rectifier module that converts incoming AC (220 V / 380 V) to a regulated DC output (110 V or 220 V DC). The rectifier operates in parallel with a valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery bank, which floats at the DC bus voltage and automatically supplies the load when the AC input fails. Typical autonomy is 2–10 hours depending on the battery capacity specified.

A central intelligent monitoring unit displays the DC bus voltage, battery voltage, charging current, load current, and insulation resistance to earth. The unit provides alarm outputs for undervoltage, overvoltage, ground fault, and rectifier failure via potential-free contacts and RS485 / RS232 communication for SCADA integration. An optional insulation-monitoring relay continuously scans the DC bus for incipient ground faults.

Standard panel sizes: 2260 mm H × 800 mm W × 600 mm D (floor-standing) with hinged front and rear doors. The top compartment houses the rectifier modules and monitoring unit; the lower compartment contains the battery racks. Protection rating is IP3X.

Applications include MV and HV substations, generator step-up transformer stations, industrial plant switchgear rooms, and any facility where trip coils, protection relays, and emergency controls require a secure DC supply.

Compliant with GB/T 19826, DL/T 459, DL/T 857, and DL/T 637. The panel is factory wired, fully tested, and shipped with the battery disconnected and packed in separate crates for sea freight safety.
